Submission Rules

How to Submit

Absolutely no AI generated or enhanced content will be allowed in this ARPG.

While our website is in the works, please post submissions to the proper discord channels. The art or writing must be visible by mods without requiring them to sign up to a website. Written entries must not require a file download to view such as PDF. While we're primarily using DeviantART until our own site is up, you may also use other sites like Toyhouse, pixiv, Furaffinity, Google Docs, ArchiveofOurOwn, etc.

All entries for submissions must be created by you unless otherwise stated.
Multiple characters per submission are allowed as long as each character performs actions related to the task.
When sharing art through the discord, you may link to art made of your characters done by others, but be sure to credit them.

Collabs - While in the early phases of our ARPG, we need to test out rewards and requirement balance for submissions. Because of this collab options are currently limited while we find a sweet spot between shared workload and rewards. Any submissions that allow collabs WILL state this as an option.  

Visual Art

At this time the majority of visual art accepted for most submissions in the group are based on digital or traditional 2D Art. Examples include: pen, ink, pencil, colored pencil, water colors, pastel, paint, etc.
3D Art such as clay models, digital sculpts, rigs, paperdolls, plushies, needle felt, yarn dolls, etc vary greatly and are too difficult to quantify from a modding perspective. Thus these can't be used interchangeably with 2D images for submissions unless otherwise stated. However! We are super excited to see all types of art shared here in the group. There will be prompts specifically made for 3D art in the future that give rewards as well. So if you're interested, look forward to that in a future update!

1. Unless otherwise stated, all prompts must be at minimum, sketched and colored.

2. Each time a task is repeated it must be all new art.

3. No bases may be used unless otherwise stated.

4. May include up to five characters per task as long as the requirements are fulfilled for each character.
   For tasks requiring backgrounds as bonuses, the bonus will only be given once if a group of characters is present. A background must include at least the ground, and three different, unique elements. (Ex: Trees, flowers, rocks, mushrooms, bushes would count, but three trees would not.)

Literature

When opting for literature for your literary submissions, you may use any site that doesn't force a PDF format like Google Docs or ArchiveofOurOwn to submit your works. We officially use wordcounter.net to count words when checking literature submissions. Due to the time it takes to judge and moderate literature submissions, only one character counts per task, and only include one character per submission. You may include multiple tasks for one character per submission as long as they are separated with a divider, title, or section break to make it clear to staff where the former task ends and the new one begins. You may include up to five tasks per submission as long as they are clearly labeled for staff to check.
