A world to be rediscovered...
While there are several species native to Lvukarr, there are many around the world that have yet to be rediscovered.
Did they survive the age of corruption? Will the trade routes ever be cleared?
Guardians
Guardians
Guardian species in Lucerna are beloved by their Gods, bestowed great power and the ability to cast magic in many forms. Despite the dangers of the world, the Gods bestow many tools and companions unto the Guardians so they may survive and navigate the world.
Motti
Motti
A Guardian species with the ability to purify corruption in the environment. They are attuned to magic and the ebb and flow of essences, Motti are one of the most prevalent species in Lucerna with a unique ability to practice and master nearly any type of magic.
Bunnaburra
Bunnaburra
Another Lvukarian species. It is believed that they have survived the Corrupted Moon but none have been sighted around Cypress Springs in hundreds of years. The species are said to have been blessed by dragons and their elemental magic long ago.
What is known is that they are a headstrong, proud and fierce species who excel in Elemental magic. It is not common knowledge to know of their familiar types or if they have them.
Raccoonda
Raccoonda
A common Lvukarian species that live alongside Motti and Bunnaburra. There were many residing in the capital, so it's likely they survived the Corrupted Moon.
What is known of them is that they can be quite unique and quirky. They are all capable of riding broomsticks, creating blessings or curses, and creating unique spells. They are masters of Witchery.
While it is likely that the Racoonda have special familiars, not much is known of the origin of them or what type they are.
Battai
Battai
At the peak of the Age of Corruption, the other anthroids banded together to rid the world of these cursed creatures in hopes that it would stop the corruption from spreading. It has been over 400 years since the battai have been seen and it seems the extermination was successful, though remnants of their existence still linger in the world today.
Despite being a native Lvukarian species, the knowledge of their magics and familiars are lost to most.
Duromian Anthroids
Duromian Anthroids
In Cypress Springs, there is no concrete knowledge of those residing on the Duromian continent... There are rumors claiming that it is the origin of all monsters, with their anthroids reflecting beast-like qualities and a lack of intelligence.
It is widely believed that Duromia has fallen completely to the Corruption and Blood Moons over the centuries. Without Motti to purify their lands, they surely would've been consumed by modern times.
Not even the physical qualities of Duromians are remembered by common folk.
Familiars
Familiars
Familiars are gifts from the Gods as a tool or form of protection for their creations. They are bound to their masters and may affect their stats, abilities and survivability in the game.
Ferrowicks
Ferrowicks
A familiar species bestowed upon those in Lepidlanvhi's Grace. These creatures are unbelievably loyal allies that are invaluable, offering protection from the devouring shadows of the world. As your anthroid grows in strength and experience, so does this familiar.
