The Parents’ Program was established to support parents and family members of children and youth who are deaf. It intends to strengthen home-school collaboration and partnership among home educators and teachers. Included in the program are activities that (1) empower parents to be strong supporters of their children with special needs; (2) introduce innovative strategies for parents to be involved in their children’s holistic well-being; (3) encourage parents to strengthen or develop skills to help them become healthy and "happy"; (4) collaborate and form bonds with other parents.

Another important component of the Parents’ Program is Sign Language Training, which helps parents develop effective communication and connection with their children.
