TECHNICAL-VOCATIONAL PROGRAM

High School graduates who are deaf will be given educational opportunities through enrollment in a short course in MC SDTEC which will not require a TESDA Competency Assessment.  They will be provided a series of webinars on business establishment.  LCDI will continue to tap assistance from the local government units (LGU) and other like-minded organizations and individuals for assistance to help come up with a seed capital for these groups of students to be able to start a business using the skills that they have acquired from the training in MC SDTEC.
