日本の生活文化の一つであるこたつ。現在では希少な国産こたつメーカーでもある株式会社アサヒと共同開発した新しい概念のこたつです。ダイニングタイプのこたつですが靴文化である海外向けのこたつとして開発を進めた結果、新しい概念であり今までにないスタイルのこたつが誕生しました。
Kotatsu is a part of Japanese lifestyle culture. This new concept kotatsu was jointly developed with Asahi Corporation, which is now a rare kotatsu manufacturer in Japan. It is a dining type kotatsu, but as a result of development in line with overseas shoe culture, a new concept kotatsu never seen before has been created.

日田市を流れる三隈川は筑後川の上流域に位置します。その筑後川流域の経済は古くから共有しています。その一つである筑後織をこたつ布団の生地に採用しています。
The Mikuma River that flows through Hita City is located in the upper reaches of the Chikugo River. The economy of the Chikugo River basin has been shared since ancient times. One of these is Chikugo weaving, which is used for the fabric of the kotatsu futon.
