Yields: 1 cocktail
Prep time: 5 minutes
Measuring cups and spoons
Spoon
Cocktail shaker
Cocktail Jigger
Small glass
2 ounces (1/4cup) apple cider
1 ounce (2 tablespoons) cranberry juice
1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) lime juice
(Optional) 1 ounce(2 tablespoons) zero-proof spirit
Make the simple rosemary syrup by combing 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, and 2 sprigs of rosemary in a small saucepan. Simmer until the sugar dissolves, then strain and remove the rosemary.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add the lime juice, simple syrup, apple cider, cranberry juice, and zero-proof.
Shake for 20 seconds, then strain into a glass filled with ice.
Garnish with lime and rosemary and enjoy!
Making a simple syrup is easy! Just follow our guide to making simple syrup using 2 large rosemary sprigs. You can save this in the refrigerator for 1 week to make cocktails!
We love adding zero-proof spirits in the drink, however, you can make this without as well. I do recommend having it on hand if you make a lot of mocktails though!
Instead of lime juice try lemon juice or orange juice too.
