2 pounds ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper, to taste
Add 2 pounds ground beef, 1 cup breadcrumbs, ½ cup parmesan cheese, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper to a large bowl.
Mix with your hands until fully combined.
Form the mixture into 1–2 inch meatballs, making about 24 meatballs.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet.
Bake at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
