The intergenerational group exhibition Sediments of the World is the first large-scale exhibition project in Slovakia that explores the phenomenon of collecting as a creative impulse. In the curatorial selection by Nada Kančevová, the exhibition presents nearly thirty representatives of the Slovak visual art scene who create through collections, collecting, or accumulation—in various senses of the word.
Each of the artists featured in the exhibition reveals their own fascinations, obsessions, and inspirations drawn from the discovered remnants of the material and natural world—“sediments” that are brought to life in new and often unexpected contexts.

Exhibiting artists: Marcel Benčík (1977), Erik Binder (1974 – 2023), Petra Feriancová (1977), Mária Fulková (1962), Jana Hojstričová (1972), Gabriel Hošovský (1966), Patrik Illo (1973) & Alexandra Stencel (1987), Zuzana Janečková (1979 / v spolupráci s Martinom Bátikom, D'EPOG, Zuzanou Kriškovou, Karolinou Raimund, Palom Snohom, Majou Štefančíkovou), Katarína Karafová (1990), Peter Kalmus (1953), Matej Krén (1958), Patrik Kovačovský (1970), Marek Kvetan (1976), Terézia Jandušíková & Dominika Korbášová, (1999), Otis Laubert (1946), Zorka Lednárová (1976), Jana Machatová (1972), Svätopluk Mikyta (1973), Roman Ondak (1966), Karol Pichler (1957), Peter Rónai (1953), Júlia Sabová (1958), Kristýna Španihelová (1982), Tibor Uhrín (1966), Karol Weisslechner (1957), Lucia Židek Gamanová & Matej Židek (1993)
