b. Manage the use of technology and student learning strategies in digital platforms, virtual environments, hands-on makerspaces or in the field.
c. Create learning opportunities that challenge students to use a design process and computational thinking to innovate and solve problems.
d. Model and nurture creativity and creative expression to communicate ideas, knowledge or connections.

Rationale: A hyperdoc is a lesson plan that is created by the teacher, and is distributed digitally to students. This tool allows students to take ownership in their learning outcomes in both independent and group settings. Students get to explore, work, and collaborate through a digital platform. Hyperdocs allow students to take charge of their learning and it also models creativity in achieving the overall goal of the lesson.
Google Earth Tour

Rationale: Google Earth Tours are a very distinct use in the classroom that enhances and optimizes student learning. This digital technology allows for students to take virtual field trips to environments from all around the world. Teachers and students utilize Google Earth to broaden their knowledge as well as create tours to demonstrate what they learned! Google Earth Tour is an efficient way to advance the learning experience beyond the classroom and enhance diversity and culture.
