Rationale: This lesson plan incorporates technology such as Nearpod and displays how students can be digital citizens. The technological aspect was engaging for the learners, and allowed for learners to think critically and creatively when answering engaging questions. As for professional development, I was able to review my practices through video and seek for improvement from my mentor teacher. I gained more awareness of the areas I was proficient in and what I can do better the next time I deliver a lesson that will ensure that I meet the needs of every learner.
Ethical Case Study
Class: EDUC 2100 Practicum in Teaching
Semester: Spring 2022
Rationale: For this project, my partner and I were assigned a case study about a real-life situation. Our job was to formulate a resolution that best served the students, ourselves, our colleagues, the school, and the community's interests. We had to carefully consider our options while being guided by the Code of Ethics for Educators which helped us conclude to our decision.

Rationale: In this assignment, I got to reflect on my practicum experience. The areas that I discussed included instructional planning and preparation, classroom management, student engagement, understanding diversity in the school, community and classroom, the most significant learning aspects, and what I had learned about myself. Overall, I was able to recognize my areas of strength as well as others that need to be work on. I valued this experience because I now have a better ideation of my future classroom, as well as what I need to do to become the teaching professional that I aspire to be.
ISIE #7: Professional Growth

Semester: Spring 2021
Rationale: In ISIE #7, my partner and I had to explain how teachers can plan professional growth as well as why it is vital. This assignment also went into depth on how teacher evaluations, seeking higher levels of education, and building relationships are essential to growing as a teacher.
