uno & out: the reverse criminal
Strangely enough, a person who is definitely not me has been seen going up to stores and buying items, only to use a reverse card from the popular card game Uno to have them pay him for it instead. Using this ingenious tactic, he has managed to steal nearly everything from 27 different stores, including gas stations and online websites. Strangely enough, he never touches the card games when he steals. Please be on the lookout for said person, as if you attempt to arrest or kill him, he may pull the same tactic on you.
