This is the app-specific privacy page for Spin Choice, published under the Krish Innovation Labs site. Spin Choice is developed and operated by an individual developer under the trade name "Krish Innovation Labs" - this is not a separate registered company.
Overview
Spin Choice is a local-first decision-making utility app — a customizable name wheel, a dice roller, and a coin flipper. It has no account system and no backend server of its own. This policy explains the very limited data the app touches, all of which stays on your device except for standard ad-serving traffic described below.
Data We Access and Process
Spin Choice may access the following, only as needed for the features described below:
Your custom wheel items — the names/labels you type in for the wheel. Stored only in local Android Preferences DataStore on your device.
Sound effects and haptic feedback preferences — two on/off toggles, stored locally.
Advertising identifier — via Google's Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob), for ad serving and measurement. This is the only data point in the app that leaves your device.
Spin Choice does not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, camera or microphone data, or any other personal information. There is no account system and no backend server operated by the developer.
Local Processing and Storage
Your custom wheel items and your sound/haptic preferences are stored only in local Android Preferences DataStore on your device. Spin Choice has no backend server, so this data is never transmitted anywhere by the app itself. Uninstalling the app deletes this local data along with it, and you can reset the wheel items or preferences at any time from within the app.
Data Transmitted Externally
The only data that leaves your device is handled by Google's Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob), which Spin Choice uses to display a small banner ad. AdMob may access an advertising identifier for ad serving and measurement, governed by Google's own policies and your device-level ad settings. Spin Choice does not operate its own server, and does not use analytics or crash-reporting SDKs that transmit data off your device.
Data Sharing and Sale
Spin Choice does not sell your personal or sensitive data, and does not share your data for third-party marketing. Ad serving through Google AdMob is governed by Google's own policies in addition to this one. No other server-side sharing occurs, because Spin Choice has no server of its own to share data from.
Security
Your wheel items and preferences are stored in your device's app-private local storage, protected by your device's own security. Spin Choice does not use a separate account, password, or PIN of its own. Your device's security remains your responsibility.
Your Choices and Controls
From within Spin Choice, you can edit or clear your custom wheel items at any time, and toggle sound and haptic feedback on or off independently in Settings. From Android Settings, you can reset or limit your advertising identifier, or review any permission the app requests.
Children's Privacy
Spin Choice is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age.
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of it, and correct inaccuracies, subject to applicable exceptions. Spin Choice does not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise these rights, contact us at krishinnovationlabs@gmail.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or policy changes. This file and the in-app Terms are kept in sync whenever data collection changes.
