This is the privacy policy for Full Cup Racing ("the app"), published under the Krish Innovation Labs site. The app is made and operated by an individual developer under the trade name "Krish Innovation Labs" ("we"); this is not a separate registered company.
In short: we collect no data ourselves. The app has no account of its own, no ads and no analytics. The only network feature is optional Google Play Games (leaderboards and achievements), run by Google. Everything else stays on your phone. This policy explains exactly what that means.
Full Cup Racing is a single-player racing game that runs on your device. It has no backend server of its own. The game works fully offline; if you choose to use Google Play Games, your scores and achievements are sent to Google (section 6). We do not receive, store, sell or share any data ourselves.
Only this, in the app's private storage that other apps cannot read:
your best scores and Daily Pour results;
your settings: steering choice, cup choice, sound on or off, and the flip left/right option.
We do not receive this information and cannot see it. It is yours.
It sends nothing to us or to any server of ours. The only network traffic is Google Play Games, described in section 6.
It asks for no name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or files, and reads no device identifiers. There is no account of our own.
It shows no ads and contains no analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not sell your data.
It does not use the camera, the microphone or your location.
It uses no cookies. (The browser version at fullcupracing.pages.dev uses none either, and keeps your scores only in your own browser's local storage.)
Motion sensors. The game steers by the phone's motion sensors (tilt). Android lets apps read these without a permission prompt. The readings are used only on the device, only while you play, to steer the car. They are never stored or sent anywhere.
No internet permission. The app itself asks for none. Google Play Games syncs through the Google Play services app already on your phone. The game plays fine offline.
Vibrate. The app asks for the Android "vibrate" permission to buzz the phone on bumps and crashes.
Keep screen on. While you race, the app keeps the screen awake. This needs no permission and ends when you leave the game.
If you tap Share on a result, Android's share menu opens with a short text (your time, how much was left in the cup and a link). It goes only to the app or person you pick, at your choice. We never see it.
The app contains one third-party SDK: Google Play Games services, used for optional leaderboards and achievements. When you are signed in to Google Play Games on your phone, the app sends Google your player ID, your scores and the achievements you unlock, plus diagnostic data about the SDK. Google processes this under the Google Privacy Policy and the Play Games terms; we do not receive it and do not share it with anyone else. It is encrypted in transit. If you are not signed in, nothing is sent. If you open a link to our website or to Google Play, that site's own privacy policy applies. Google Play, which delivers the app, may process information about your installation under Google's own policy.
We keep nothing, and there is no account of ours to delete. The scores and settings on your phone stay until you remove them: use Android Settings → Apps → Full Cup Racing → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app. Scores and achievements held by Google Play Games can be deleted in the Google Play Games app (Profile → Settings → Delete Play Games account and data, or remove only this game's data), or by writing to us and we will point you to the right steps.
We run no server, so there is nothing of ours to attack. Local data sits in the app's private storage, protected by Android's app sandbox. Play Games traffic is encrypted in transit by Google.
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give people rights to access, correct, delete or port their data, and to object to its sale or sharing. We hold no personal data about you and sell or share none; for data Google holds, use Google's own tools (myaccount.google.com). If you believe otherwise, write to us and we will answer.
The app is meant for ages 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, and the app has no features that would let a child share information.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date, and mention significant changes in the app's release notes.
