These terms apply to the Full Cup Racing app ("the app") and its browser version, made by Krish Innovation Labs, the trade name of an individual developer ("we"; this is not a separate registered company). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. A game, not driving advice

Full Cup Racing is entertainment. The driving, the road and the sloshing drink are simulated and are not a guide to real driving. Never play while you are driving or walking in traffic. Play in a safe place, keep a firm grip on your phone, and take regular breaks.

2. Who may use it

The app is intended for ages 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use it with a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on your own devices for non-commercial purposes, for as long as these terms are met. The app, its name, artwork, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors. You get no ownership of them.

4. Free to play

The app is free. It has no ads and no in-app purchases at the time of writing. If we later add optional paid features, they will be described in the app and on its store page before you pay, and these terms will be updated.

5. Your data

Scores and settings are stored on your device and are your responsibility. We cannot recover them if the app is uninstalled or its data is cleared. See the privacy policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, resell or redistribute the app, remove its notices, or use it to break any law. Sharing your own results as text is welcome.

7. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything, though we will not publish your name or message without asking.

8. Availability and updates

We may update, change or stop the app at any time. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, always available, or run on every device or Android version.

9. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limit of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including damage to your device. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.

11. Ending these terms

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may end your licence if you break these terms, and the sections that by their nature should survive (such as 9 and 10) will survive.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change, and significant changes will be mentioned in the app's release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
