FastOrbit  Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the FastOrbit app ("FastOrbit", "the app") by Krish Innovation Labs ("we"). By using FastOrbit you agree to them.

1. Not medical advice

This app is a habit tracker and does not provide medical advice. Consult a doctor before fasting. Metabolic stages shown in the app (such as "ketosis" and "autophagy") are approximate, popular-science estimates based on time alone. They are not measurements of your body and vary from person to person. Stop fasting and seek medical help if you feel unwell.

2. Who may use FastOrbit

You must be 18 or older. FastOrbit is not suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have or have had an eating disorder, have type 1 diabetes, or have a BMI below 18.5, and the in-app safety screening will block access in those cases. If your circumstances change, update your answers in Settings.

3. FastCoins

FastCoins are an in-app reward with no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money or anything outside the app. We may cap, withhold or reverse FastCoins that were earned in breach of these terms or flagged by our automated checks (for example a manipulated clock, a modified app, or a fast that could not have been genuine). We may change how FastCoins are earned or spent. FastCoins and everything unlocked with them are deleted if you delete your data.

4. FastOrbit Pro

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play. Prices, billing periods and any free trial are shown before you buy. Payment is taken by Google Play, the subscription renews automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time in the Play Store (Payments & subscriptions  Subscriptions). Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

5. Ads

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional; their rewards are granted only after Google confirms the ad was watched.

6. Acceptable use

Don't try to manipulate the timer, clock, rewards or servers, reverse-engineer or modify the app, or use automated means to earn rewards. We may suspend rewards for accounts that do.

7. Availability and liability

FastOrbit is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any health outcome or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and significant changes will be announced in the app.
