Take home assignments are provided as one way to provide some metrics regarding the individuals participation and progress. Emphasis is placed on attendance as another metric. Those attending are expected to demonstrate a commitment to scheduled activities, events, materials, but emphasis is not placed on a pass or fail merit. Attending RCIA is a new life process in so much as anticipated growth should be sought after by the individual. This makes attendance and participation very important to the process.
