Ice cream sandwiches
Javier Burillo. There are other recipes online that have a more complicated version of this treat. But for those who want a cool and quick dessert for a hot day, this simple recipe is enough. One will need wax paper, a cake pan, and ice cream. First, line the pan with wax paper before putting the crackers. Make sure that there are no huge gaps between the crackers. Then, thaw the ice cream for a few minutes so that it can easily spread on top of the crackers. When the ice cream has softened, scoop it on top of the crackers. Spread it a little more before adding another layer of graham crackers. For extra taste, add bits of chocolate or fruit before putting the top layer of grahams. Chill for a few hours and serve.
