Mission Statement

Supernatural creatures are no longer a secret, the world over aware of their existence and their presence among the non-magical within Howling Hills. However, there are those who do not distinguish between a gentle school teacher or a ravenous murderer. To them, the difference does not matter. DOOM is not a cult of chaos, it is an organization built on a singular belief: everything must end so that life may begin again. Where others see life worth preserving, DOOM sees a system prolonged past its limit. If something cannot end on its own, it must be made to.

End Goal, Null Convergence

Doom's end-goal plan to cause every planet spinning to turn into a black hole via ritual casting an implosion, the resulting universe full of blackholes will chain react a big-bang and create the universe anew, without Corruption. 

The Four Tenets of Doom

I. The Prophet is Absolute 

The Prophet does not request, the Prophet decrees. Their word is not to be questioned, interpreted, or softened. It is law. To dishonor the Prophet is to stand in defiance of the end itself. 

II. DOOM is Law, Not Allegiance 

You do not serve DOOM, you are bound to it. There is no leaving, no wavering, no second thought. To betray DOOM is to stand on the side of corruption. 

III. The Will of DOOM is Carried Without Hesitation 

Orders are not choices. They are verdicts already passed. A DOOMite does not question the sentence, only ensures it is carried out. Delay is defiance. Refusal is extinction. 

IV. Strength is Shared, Never Stolen 

All within DOOM are weapons forged for the same end. To take from another is to dull the blade of DOOM itself. What you need will be granted through strength, what you steal marks you as unworthy of wielding it. Plunder creation for your trinkets.

Thus, let these tenets guide the faithful, now and forever.

OOC Notes

⛧  Spying on an Organization is allowed, however, it *needs* to be discussed with a member of the Organization's Leadership team. If you are uncomfortable with discussing spying with them, you may consult with the Howling Hills Faction Admin.  Not following this might destroy months of story, so please reach out. 

⛧ The members of the Organization and the Faction Leaders must follow all of Howling Hills' rules.

⛧  Each New Organization Leader can choose how the faction is run and operated, however, each leader must still go by the rules and ranks put out by the Howling Hills management team. 

⛧ Leaving Doom:  Anyone can leave/retire from Doom at any point. HOWEVER, your character is sworn to secrecy. Betraying the secrets of the organization or breaking the tenets will result in severe IC consequences commensurate with the level of violation.  All we ask is that you let your leaders know that you’re leaving. Thank you.
