Hotel Reservation
?
This is the
general process (flow)
to book a room in any hotel through HotelPlanner
.

A client with a need to make a hotel reservation somewhere in the world

HotelPlanner
A HotelPlanner representative makes the reservation using our system accoridng to the client's needs and requests.
The payment of reservation is made on our platform.

° Step
|
Rate Provider
The reservation payment arrives to our rate providers, who are in charge of making the payment to the hotel.

° Step
| Hotel
The hotel receives the Virtual Card with the customer's payment information, so they can register the payment in their system
.
