• If answered “Yes” for Meeting Space, click appropriate box and gather information. Number of People, Which days are needed, Time of day, How many hours. No need to go through amenities, these can be discussed with hotel.

• Important Question. ”Please, provide the best group name that everyone would use to call in and book  under your block once it is set up?” Enter into Group Name box, or into the Comments Box.

• “Is there anywhere that you would like to be near?” Enter into the Pop-up..

🙋🏻‍♂️💬Submit the Request and Provide the Wrap Up “Your request has been submitted. You will be receiving an email within the next 15 minutes. Once you receive this email from your assigned planner you will be able to login and view the available hotels group rates.”
