- Assist guest with Group Block request first on the HotelPlanner Platform.
- You’ll find the Group Flights link on the right side of your Softphones platform.
- You can let our Guest know: “If you go to web page hotelplanner.com/GroupFlight there you can submit a request for group flight quotes online.”
- If the Guests ask for further assistance creating the Request, you can click on the Link and complete the form for the guest.
- Validate the Email Address and Guest Full Name using the NATO Phonetic Alphabet.
