2°If the page doesn't load immediately, wait for the connection to be generated automatically.
3°Click on "OK" button to fully open the softphone. it's a security filter to ensure that you DO want to open your phone to avoid missed calls.
4°Now you are inside the HP system to take calls, If you are ready to receive a call, de-select the "Do Not Disturb" button.
Do Not Disturb, is a button with the function to stop incoming calls (with the use authorized only by your Supervisor).
5° Agent Coverage, is a preview of the status of the queue, it will show Well coverage, and could use more, referring to the amount of agents required depending on the amounts on hold. It will usually appear in Green, Orange, and Red.
6°Two buttons will appear when a call is ringing, always select the green check mark button.
Must always check that the headsets are not o mute or that the microphone is in place.
7° Reservation Pop-Up, the call is ready and all the information necessary to provide excellent booking service will be displayed.
