If a Guest is only interested in booking a Meeting Space and NOT any Hotel Rooms we can let them know that: 

"Meeting Space Only requests can be made via a link which we provide verbally to the guest."

Go to Meetings.com and there you will be able to book online just the Meeting Space that you need.
