SENDING RECEIPT
When a guest asks for a Receipt
T
ake the following steps to send it to them:
1.-
Open
the Itinerary number or the Reservation and click on View
2.-
Confirm
the Email Address we have on file
3.-
On the upper portion of the screen
select
the “
Email It
” button
4.-
Also “
Text it
” is available if the guest would prefer that option.
5.-
Advise
the guest it could take up to
15 minutes
to receive the email
6.-
If the guest required a more detailed receipt such as a breakdown of the taxes and fees then
raise a ticket
for escalation.
7.-
Advise the guest the
receipt
will be provided via
email
.
How will we send it?
Select the Email It or Text It Button like the one is showing on the image.
