Step 1: When you're on a call, you tap on ''TRANSFER'' button
Step 2: After that, Tap on ''PREDEFINED DESTINATION''
Step 3: You'll see the search button so, now ''Bring the name of the person you're looking for''
Step 4: If you already found the person you're looking for, just select that person and ''Transfer button''
Step 5: To finish, you select your best option:
Complete transfer (To fully send the customer to the agent/supervisor)
3 Way (To introduce the customer with the new agent/supervisor)
Swap (To switch from a call that is on hold to the new one)
Abort Transfer (When you switch between an active call and one or more calls on hold)
DONE
