- The Calltools software will call all the customers automatically and will choose the call that is picked up by a customer to direct it to an agent.
You can also make MANUAL calls by putting yourself into ''UNAVAILABLE'' status and tap the customer phone number MANUALLY.
Step 1: Log into Calltools website [CLICK HERE] with your credentials
Step 2: Tap on ''JOIN CAMPAIGN'' to get Available
Step 3: Automatically system will send you to ''Dashboard'' where you'll see the status ''Available''
You can also choose a different ''status'' if you're not taking calls.
Step 5: You'll be able to see all the customer information after you receive calls, Example: (Customer profile & Vehicle information is here)
