Shadow Jump was the first game I had to develop whilst at University. We were given an extremely short deadline and given the instruction to develop a hyper casual game with minimal controls. For this project, I was inspired by the mobile games such as Flappy Birds due to how this game captivated such a large audience while remaining simplistic at its core.
The gameplay consists of jumping to avoid oncoming structures as you approach them by jumping and aiming for a high score. You play as a free-running stickman who's jumping over rooftops.
