#KeledANgercheled (Our Food is Our Responsibility)
Increasing Food Security in Palau needs a "Whole-of-Society" and "Whole-of-Government" approach. Every Ministry and all sectors of society are needed to support Sustainable Food Systems and thus achieve Food Security.
Sustainable Food Systems Vision:
By 2030, Palau’s Blue and Green Food Systems are managed holistically through private-public partnerships and a whole-of-government coordination mechanism, are modernized and efficient, support sustainable livelihoods for rural and urban Palauan families, enable diverse small businesses with stable market connections, drive nutritional hunger to near zero through increased production and aligned education, and are environmentally and cultural sustainable.
