Airai's Land Use Plan is from 2012, was adopted, is being followed and enforced, but is also under revision and may change. Ngaraard, Ngiwal, Ngchesar, Ngeremlengui, Ngatpang, Aimeliik, and Peleliu Land Use Plans are tentative until approved by Commissions and Legislatures. Refer to State Governments for all legal matters regarding zoning. All zones may change.
