Enter: Come to your back, knees bent with your feet just within arms reach. Push down through your feet and tilt the pelvis up to the sky. Position a block right at your lower back. Keep your knees bent or straighten your knees for a deeper sensation.
Exit: Slowly lift your pelvis and gently remove the block. Lie on your back until you feel ready to move on.
