Enter: Start in a low lunge with your right leg forward. Slowly straighten both legs into splits. Sit up tall! Keep your hands up, fold over your front leg, or put your hands down at your mat to support your weight.
Exit: Slowly roll into your side to exit the pose, using your hands to support your weight.
