Enter: Lie flat on your back and pull both your knees to your chest. Open your arms to the side like a T and drop the knees to the right side and look left. Alternatively, only pull one knee to chest, and keep other leg straight (pictured). Keep both of your shoulders on the mat.
Exit: Roll back onto flat back.
