Enter: Lie flat on your back, with your legs hip-width apart and your toes naturally flopping open. Your arms rest by your sides with your palms facing up. Come to total relaxation
Exit: Do you really have to exit!? ;-)
- Use props in any way that feels comfortable. Some ideas include a bolster under your knees, a blanket under your lower back, a eye pillow over your eyes, or a pillow under your head. The goal is complete relaxation.
