8 Modules | 100 Hours | Self-Paced | Tuition-Free
This comprehensive curriculum uses a combination of books, audiobooks, and YouTube videos, all curated by a professionally trained yin yoga teacher.
There are 8 modules and 100 hours of material. You can complete the modules in any order. I recommend you mix and match to keep it interesting and well-balanced. As long as you complete all 100 hours, you can become a Certified Yin Yoga Teacher.
To stay on track and motivated, perhaps consider making yourself a calendar or inviting a friend to do it with you! It may be helpful to block out time each week or day to complete the material. There's a lot!
