Enter: Come to comfortable seated position and lower your right ear to your right shoulder. Switch, left ear to left shoulder. If comfortable, walk opposite hand out to the side to enjoy a deeper stretch.
Exit: Come back to neutral.
- Gently pull down your ear with the opposite hand (pictured)
- Consider rolling neck forward and back for more complete stretch, or even draw circles with your nose in both directions
- Avoid if you have any serious neck injuries that this pose could aggravate
