Butterfly can be done with legs close to your sits bones, or scooted farther out in front of you. Play around with what feels best in your body. This pose can feel good after meals or while pregnant.
3-5 minutes or more
Enter: Come to seated and bring the soles of your feet together. Slide your feet forward as much as is comfortable. Fold forward with a rounded spine. Rest your hands on your feet or in front of you. Hang your head down toward your feet.
Exit: Slowly come up using your hands to push the floor. Slowly straighten your legs in front of you.
