On November 28, 2025, the Technical Committee for Standardization TC 86 “Oils, fats and products of their processing”, operating on the basis of the Ukrainian Research Institute of Oils and Fats of NAAS, in accordance with the requirements of DSTU 1.2:2024 “National standardization. Rules for conducting work on national standardization”, submitted to SE “UkrSRTC” (letter No. 1/157 dated November 28, 2025) for technical review, editing and publication 13 files of national standards (topics No. 0251–0263, https://uas.gov.ua/standardization/rozrobka-ta-skasuvannia/povidomlennia-pro-rozroblennia-natsion-15?page=2), developed in accordance with: : 

•  the decision of the Technical Committee for Standardization TC 86 (Minutes No. 1 dated August 7, 2024) on approval of the list of DSTU standards for inclusion in the National Standardization Work Program for 2025;

•  contracts of the Ukrainian Research Institute of Oils and Fats of NAAS with enterprises of the Association “Ukroliyaprom” No. 24 (contract validity period: from November 30, 2024 to December 31, 2025); 

• Contract with SE “UkrSRTC” No. 231.3/3.1.1-27 dated April 11, 2025 “Services for the implementation of national standardization works (organization and coordination of national standardization activities)”; 

• Order of SE “UkrSRTC” No. 108 dated June 27, 2025 “On approval of Amendment 2 and Annex 1 to the National Standardization Work Program for 2025”; 

• decisions of the Technical Committee for Standardization TC 86 on approval of the first and final drafts of national standards (Minutes No. 01 dated August 22, 2025 and Minutes No. 02 dated November 25, 2025, respectively); 

• Contract with SE “UkrSRTC” dated December 22, 2025 for technical review, editing of national standards files and preparation for publication (service payer – Ukrainian Research Institute of Oils and Fats of NAAS). .
