17.00-20.00*: Arrival, uniform inspection and set up camp

20.00-21.00: PL’s briefing (APL to take charge of the Patrol)

22.00: Lights out

Saturday

07.30: Wake, rise, wash and breakfast

07.30-10.00: Site development

10.00: Flag break (wear uniform tops)

10.00-13.00*: Inspection of sites, tents and storage

13.00: Lunch

15.00-17.00: Fire lighting and dinner preparation

17.00*: Dinner

18.30-19.30: PL’s forum (APL to take charge of the Patrol)

19.00: Washing-up inspections

19.45: Penfold Camp Cook Trophy presentation at campfire

19.45-21.40: Campfire (bring a mug, and put out altar fire before leaving site)

22.00: Lights out

Sunday

07.30: Wake, rise and wash

08.30*: Breakfast

09.30: Flag break (wear uniform tops)

10.00: Wide game

10.00: Special Projects judged

10.00-12.30*: Inspection of sites, tents and storage

12.30: Lunch and strike camp

13.30: Final site inspection can be requested anytime from now (judges will be waiting in the field if you wish to request this)

14.15*: Final site inspection (if not already judged as a result of a request to be judged earlier)

15.00-16.00: Presentation ceremony

16.00: Scouts depart

The * asterisk indicates the items to be judged as part of the main competition.  Actual judging times may vary slightly from those indicated on the timetable. Such changes will be communicated during the weekend.
