FEAR TO FIERCE: To Fear or Not?
#MyExDidit
In Elizabeth Teckenbrock's divorce case, the Court issued a "Stipulated Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage". Within this document is the "Parenting Plan" & Section XIII addresses any changes that the parties may want to make to this Plan
Note that the Father (Elizabeth's "Ex") has been awarded 100% custody of their two daughters. This section XIII is where Mother ("Elizabeth") agrees that PRIOR to seeking any modification, she will seek psychiatric examination/treatment, find gainful employment, find permanent housing & complete the Family Stabilization Course. Details below:
Mother expressly acknowledges & agrees that prior to seeking any changes to the Parenting Plan, the following prerequisites are in the best interests of the children:
1) Mother's completion of psychiatric examination & substantial participation in psychiatric, psychological or mental health treatment program
2) Mother needs to maintain gainful employment for a continuous period of not less than 6 months
3) Mother has maintained permanent housing for not less than 6 months
4) Mother completes the Parent Education & Family Stabilization Course, pursuant to Sec. 61.21, Florida Statutes
The above is a quick summary - please read the complete language in the image provided above
Recall that the Father is the same "Ex" that Elizabeth Teckenbrock blames for everything and has filed multiple restraining orders on (all of which have been denied by the Courts)
So we have a situation here where the Court awards 100% custody of the kids to this "Ex" that Elizabeth accuses of domestic violence, while at the same time the Court issues a stipulated judgment saying it is actually Elizabeth that needs a psychiatric exam, job, etcprior to seeking any modifications. We will let the readers reconcile those two items
This file can be found in Pinellas County Case #22-001060-FD (Judgment issued on 5/2/23)
