Investigative Timeline

The authors have been working hard to re-construct the last several years of Elizabeth's history in a simple manner for readers to grasp. Her court cases are over several years in several jurisdictions, so such a timeline allows readers to better understand the sequence of events. An area of special focus for the authors was to validate whether Elizabeth Teckenbrock had or has significant wealth or income to justify her lifestyle, especially since these are claims she herself has made publicly

Note that this Timeline is a work in progress & will continue to be filled with more details over the next several days. What you are reading today is a great start but by no means is it complete

NOWHERE in this timeline did the authors find significant income, assets or wealth. In fact, it is the other way around. A lot of proceedings about OWING money & defrauding appear to be the hallmarks of this timeline.

April - Harris, T files a case in Putnam, IN to recover money owed ( CASE  # 67D01-1504-SC-000302). Elizabeth Teckenbrock fails to appear in court so on 5/14/15 the judge issues a default judgment for her to pay $6,081 + interest, etc. Elizabeth does not pay. On 8/5/15 the court receives a letter from Elizabeth offering to pay $50 per month #MillionaireActions. The plaintiff refuses to accept that amount. On 11/12/15, Elizabeth calls the court & offers to pay $200 per month, which the court accepts. Except, no money ever comes in! As of Oct 2023, $9,559.67 is still due under this judgment & no money has ever been received by the court #MillionaireActions

May - Joe's Auto Sales files a case in Marion, IN to recover money owed (CASE  # 49D11-1505-CC-016120). As above, Elizabeth Teckenbrock fails to appear in court so on 8/12/15 the judge issues a default judgment for her to pay $8,531 #MillionaireActions. Then on 11/4/15 since no payments have been received, the court issues a garnishment order on Elizabeth's dad (who appears to have been a cosigner on the loan)., since he is employed by a company in Indiana. He then appears to make payments & the judgment is paid off in full on 8/30/16, ie, in about a year

Engagement & birth of daughter:

Elizabeth Teckenbrock was engaged to Mr. Christopher Otto of Clearwater, FL in 2016. Their daughter was born in May 2016. Elizabeth then started a photography business - https://www.instagram.com/capturingelegancebyelizabeth/

Mar 9, 2018 - Elizabeth Teckenbrock gets married to Dr. Cormier

Mar 19, 2018 - Mr. Otto files a Petition to determine Paternity in Pinellas County Case #18-002557-FD. Recall that they had a daughter together born in May 2016

Mar 2018 - For Dr. Cormier's home, mortgage payments "stopped" after Mar 1, ie, around the time of the wedding. So where was the money being diverted to?

Aug 2018 - The Lender initiates foreclosure proceedings on Dr. Cormier's home (Hillsborough  Case#18-CA-008556)

Sep - Dec, 2018 - Dr. Cormier's optometry practice involved in a dispute with Landlord. Elizabeth Teckenbrock hires an "attorney" to represent the practice & also in the home foreclosure case mentioned above. Later, in Mar 2023, divorce documents will allege that Elizabeth Teckenbrock fabricated a law firm for this prupose: go to the Evidence of Fraud page & look up Image 5

Jan 2019 - Dr. Cormier's optometry practice referenced above is evicted, causing significant financial harm

Jan 10, 2019 - Elizabeth Teckenbrock files a Financial Affidavit with Pinellas Courts (#18-002557-FD) stating that her income is $1,000 per month 

Jan 11, 2019 - Elizabeth Teckenbrock & Christopher Otto file a Paternity Settlement Agreement in Pinellas Courts in the abovementioned case.  No child support payments awarded based on declared & imputed income

Mar 2019 - 1st child (daughter) born out of marriage with Dr. Cormier

Sep 2019 - Dr. Cormier loses home to Lender under the foreclosure proceedings (Hillsborough  Case#18-CA-008556)

Elizabeth Teckenbrock is pregnant with 2nd child (daughter) born out of marriage with Dr. Cormier

Elizabeth Teckenbrock has "cancer". Nobody is allowed to visit because of COVID. She goes to all appointments by herself, alone. Needs a lung transplant. Sets up a GoFundMe to help with expenses (nice multi-millionaires need money from others for treatment you know)

Sep 26, 2023 - Mr. Greg Powell, son of Mr. Richard Powell (75 years old) sends an email to the Judge on Elizabeth's felony case alleging a fraud of approx $1,000,000, stolen credit card & that they are cutting off all finances to Elizabeth Teckenbrock  #MillionaireActions
