As of the morning of 9/19/23, a recent video from  Elizabeth Teckenbrock's TikTok account addressing a "webpage", "pictures", "gossip", etc., can be viewed online. Even if there are attempts to delete it from TikTok, the beauty of the Internet is that the video will survive.

Here is the authors' analysis:

"WEBPAGE" AND "PICS"

The video starts off with Elizabeth Teckenbrock or "Liz" mentioning a "webpage" about her & then quickly talking about certain compromising "pictures" allegedly sent to the school secretary. The authors are unsure if Elizabeth Teckenbrock was implicitly suggesting a link between the two items. However, because she does not explicitly say so in the video, or explicitly  make an unsubstantiated allegation in the public domain about entities or individuals, the authors will leave that aspect alone at this time

"PICS" BEING SENT TO SCHOOL

This is a serious matter. If someone is sending out compromising pics, it is a heinous & unforgivable crime. The authors certainly hope that Elizabeth Teckenbrock immediately called 911 or a non-emergency line to report this matter. Thankfully, most of those calls are public record so the authors plan on investigating. Law enforcement agencies have a strong suite of IT tools at their disposal & with a situation like this, they may be able to cut through spoofing, anonymous browsers, etc to quickly find the perpetrator and bring them to justice.

The school system most likely should be pursuing this matter too. Most school systems are expected to have policy & operations handbooks that will not allow such matters to pass. Since Elizabeth spoke about this in the public domain, the school system can be called too to verify and demand that action be taken! Justice needs to be served. The authors are on Elizabeth Teckenbrock's side with this!

There may even be police reports filed already. These can be researched. Normally, people are given the benefit of doubt that they did not file a police report for privacy reasons. But since this topic was discussed on the Internet by Elizabeth Teckenbrock, the assumption is that privacy is not of concern to her.

SHOULD THE "PICS" BE DISCUSSED ON TIKTOK?

Everybody's parenting style is different, but the authors worry about Elizabeth Teckenbrock's approach of addressing such a matter on the Internet rather than discreetly through law enforcement & school authorities. But, there are multiple references to "gossip" in the video...so the authors are unclear on the intent/goal of this video.

PEOPLE THAT DO NOT HAVE ELIZABETH TECKENBROCK'S PHONE NUMBERS ARE "GOSSIPPING" ABOUT HER: "PUBLIC FIGURE"

This declaration by Elizabeth Teckenbrock is her clearly acknowledging & informing the public that she is a celebrity. That she is a Public Figure.  Because even people that do not know her are talking about her & "gossiping" about her. The authors agree and congratulate her on this success & "Public Figure" status. As might be expected with celebrities & Public Figures, the public & the Internet may & will probably talk about them. 

"I HAVE NOT SPOKEN ABOUT THIS FOR TWO YEARS"

The authors ask Elizabeth Teckenbrock about her other Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook & other social media accounts over the past 2 years. Why have they been deleted? Have there not been multiple posts & videos talking about the same topic(s)? Why are her current social media accounts just weeks, if not a few months old. A section on that topic is being developed.

"DO NOT GOSSIP". "DO NOT TALK TO MY EX-HUSBAND"

Those demands are downright offensive. Elizabeth Teckenbrock posts a video that is not gossip, but when others talk about her since she is a Public Figure, it's gossip.  OK.

"Gossip" is different from "dialog". It is different from people wanting to find facts. The idea that nobody should contact her ex-husband or other people from her life may very well be the perfect example of the "Third Party Law" in action. 

If a Public Figure is making accusations and allegations, but asking the audience to not speak to anyone or fact-check the Public Figure's comments, this raises our antennas. The authors do not condone unproductive or malicious gossip but fact-finding or a constructive dialog should not be chastised. This would be Putin's Russia then -- do not talk to anyone -- just trust me.

WHAT ABOUT THE ACTUAL CONTENT?

While Elizabeth Teckenbrock talks about the "webpage" and "pics" and "gossip" in the video, she does not address any actual content. For example, with whichever "webpage" she mentions, what content is on it? Does she feel it the content is true? Untrue? The video is silent on that. Instead, it appears focused on encouraging people to not talk about it. So fewer people know about it.

ANALYSIS OF FUTURE PUBLIC SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS FROM THE NO-GOSSIP PUBLIC FIGURE

The authors will attempt to analyze future public posts made by Public Figure Elizabeth Teckenbrock. The wish is that future posts/content will include some court-evidenced documents - some solid proof - something that can be verified & trusted. Until then, back to cat videos...
