Domestic Violence Filings

#MyExDidit

This page is difficult to write, unemotionally.

Domestic violence is a crime. It is one of the most unfortunate things that our community has to face. There is no excuse and no forgiveness for domestic violence.

Elizabeth Teckenbrock appears to have filed 5 domestic violence cases - 2 in Pinellas County and 3 in Hillsborough. All 5 were denied by the courts.

Elizabeth Teckenbrock may have shown pictures (or other media) of physical abuse to some readers in person. If such readers wanted to validate these pics/multimedia, they should go to the Pinellas and Hillsborough county websites, search for Elizabeth Teckenbrock and go through the documents in the Domestic Violence petitions, to verify if what the readers have been shown are actually included in the petitions.

As you evaluate this information for yourself, please do not forget that our country has one of the strongest judicial systems in the world, and our judges have to balance the sensitivity of the charges against the potential for abuse of the system with fake photos, texts and the desire to defame and/or threaten opponents. Judges have seen it all. With trust in our Judges, the authors believe in what our judicial system decides, A guilty verdict means guilty, and a not guilty verdict means not guilty, unless new information becomes available and the courts update their stance. Every story has multiple sides, and we leave it to the honorable judges to sort that out.

It will be interesting to see how many more/if such petitions Elizabeth Teckenbrock files...

Nobody should face domestic violence, and our hearts go out to all that do. Stay safe.
