Ekamai International School understands the importance of social media for communication and connection. This policy establishes clear guidelines for responsible online behavior, ensuring everyone feels safe and respected within our online and offline communities.
Why this policy matters: It protects the well-being of our students, teachers, and the entire EIS family. It also reinforces the positive values we uphold at school.
What happens in case of a violation? We take all reports of cyberbullying and technology misuse seriously. Each situation will be investigated thoroughly, and appropriate disciplinary action may be taken.

Teachers, students, and parents are expected to show respect to all school community members.
Students should:

Teachers will:
Plan for the inclusion of cyber safety awareness during homeroom time and any possible curriculum integration.
Parents will:
Be responsible for staying informed about their children’s online activities and proactively supervise and guide their children, taking into account this policy and the school’s core values.
Guidelines

Understand that social media sites and applications are public forums and be mindful of what they post online.

Do not join EIS teachers' groups or forums. If students attempt to do so, members must refuse access and inform the Principal. Parents will be notified if this happens.
