Admission 

When a student is accepted for admission to EIS, he/she will receive a letter outlining the registration schedule and the amount of tuition and fees. Tuition rates will remain the same as introduced at registration but are subject to change from year to year because of rising costs.

A current schedule of tuition and fees is available upon request at the reception. Tuition and all other fees will be paid at the specified date. Payments made later than the deadline will be charged a penalty fee per student

Special or Make-Up Examination

The fee for the special or make-up examination is 500 Baht per subject. A request form should be filled out and must be accompanied with a written request from the parent/guardian at least one week in advance of the anticipated date of absence. For further instruction, contact the Section Principal’s Office to process a Special or Make-up Examination.

Leave of Absence

To process Leave of Absence, contact the Registrar to fill out the form. Limited to only one year and a non-refundable fee of 5,000 Baht will be charged. A reservation fee of 10,000 Baht is required and will be deducted from the tuition fee. In case the student chooses not to come back the following year, inform the school before March 15 to receive a refund of 90%. There will be no refund after March 15 of the current school year.

Challenge Test (Math)

To process a Challenge Test, contact the Registrar's Office. The fee for the challenge test is 5,000 baht per subject. 

Tuition Fee Discount (children of alumni)

A 10% tuition fee discount is extended to children of alumni upon presentation of parents’ transcript.

Book Deposit

EIS rents textbooks to the student. A deposit and rental fee are paid upon registration. The student is expected to take special care of the book borrowed. A fine is imposed, or the students will forfeit the deposit if the returned books has pen or pencil markings. The student will be asked to pay for books destroyed or lost. 80% of the book deposit will be returned when the student leaves or drops out of school.

Accident Insurance

A student is entitled to a 40,000 baht maximum claim per accident. Each student will be given an annual accident insurance card at the beginning of the school year that must be presented to the hospital for coverage. In case of failure to present an insurance card, parents should pay in cash and bring the receipt and doctor’s certification indicating the accident to the Finance Office for the insurance claim. Refunds will be processed at the Finance Office after 2-4 weeks.

Refund Policy

Students who wish to withdraw after completing registration and fees are paid:

1. 85% of the total fee is refundable if withdrawal is made during registration.

2. 50% after registration

3. No refund on fees 30 days after school begins.

4. General fee is not refundable.

After-School Supervision

For after school activities, parents can pick up students before 4:20 p.m. In the case that the parents are not able to pick up their child on time, charges to cover expenses incurred are as follows:
