Were you absent or late?
Have your excuse slip (yellow slip) filled out by your parent before coming to school.
Show that slip to the Campus Supervisor or section Principal before or after flag line up.
Write your name in the Record Book.
Wait until the supervisor gives you a Blue Slip.
If you are tardy, you may go to your class and show the Blue Slip to your teacher; if absent, you must let all subject teachers sign it.
Have you lost an item?
Check if the lost item is in the Lost-and-Found Box on each Bldg 3 Floor
Report it to the Campus Supervisor or the Office Receptionist in the Administration Office.
Items that are not claimed within a week will be donated.
Not every item can be recovered.
Need to leave school early?
Planning to be absent for more than a day?
See the Secretary of the Section Principal one week before your absence.
The Secretary will give you an anticipated absence form to complete.
Have your teacher and Section Principal sign that form and return it to the Secretary.
Family vacation during school days is not allowed. Students will not be excused.

Are you having a personal problem?
The Guidance Counselor can give you professional help.
You may be someone disturbed or bullied or a victim of some nasty verbal comments.
Report the bully to your homeroom teacher or counselor as soon as possible.
Are you having difficulty keeping up in class?
Let your subject teacher know about it as soon as you realize the problem. Do not wait until the end of the quarter. Your teacher might give you extra help time.
If the problem persists, you might see the Guidance Counselor.
Forgot your locker key?
Pay the service fee at the cashier counter.
Show receipt to the Office of Section Principal who will make arrangements to have your locker opened.
Is there a discrepancy between the grade you should receive?
Report this to your subject teacher immediately.
Are you having a problem with a teacher or staff member?
Ask your parents to make an appointment with the teacher or staff to discuss your problem or concern.
