Arrival: 6:50 a.m
Departure: 2:20 p.m.
Flag Line-Up
Ekamai International School considers flying/displaying the national flag of Thailand on the school premises each school day for the following reasons:
● To teach respect for civil government
● To show honor to the country
● To teach flag etiquette and care
● To encourage patriotism
Attendance Requirement: All students must attend the morning flag line-up at 6:55 a.m. at the covered court.
Punctuality: Teachers will take attendance at 6:55 a.m. Announcements and the National Anthem will be given at 7:00 a.m.
Late Arrival:
Students arriving between 6:55 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. will be marked as absent for the flag line-up.
Students arriving during the National Anthem, the recitation of the Bible verse, or the prayer must line up in a designated area with the supervisor.
Late students must report to the Middle School Principal’s Office to receive a Blue Slip. This slip must be given to the teacher upon entering the class and will be returned to the principal’s office (by the homeroom teachers) at the end of the week for documentation monitoring of students attendance.
After five unexcused tardies, the principal will notify the parent. Repeated tardiness may result in potential disciplinary measure.
Demerit system is applied.
Adherence to the flag line-up policy ensures that students develop a habit of punctuality and respect for school routines. Repeated tardiness will be addressed through a structured disciplinary process to support and encourage timely attendance.
