WEEK 1

PROMPT AND CHOSEN CONCEPT

After our introduction to our mentors from the Mill, my team met and discussed our skills, strengths, and what we could bring to our team for the project. We then had to decide what we wanted to do with the prompt: Food.

We ended up choosing the trail mix brand, Sahale, because of how it could easily translate and showcase all of our collective skills. The story we want to tell is about how how trail mix takes you places and beyond! AKA outer space.

We got our storyboards all set after a few team meetings [drawn by Soi Park]. We wanted to find further more specific references, so I also went to find and collect other references for more specific camera angles like below.

I also drew this concept art in photoshop for one of our 'money shots' to further flesh out our what we want out of our project.

We also created these mood boards for the visuals, camera angles and assets we needed to create for our concept organized by my teammate Wyatt Clark :)
