I started on the raisin texture first since I decided that I wanted to do the apple and cranberry textures procedurally in designer since we did not have pre made assets for them. I love working with textures, so I do love a when I get a chance to use substance painter and/or designer for any project.
This was my first pass with the cranberry and I struggled with getting the correct wrinkled texture for a while but I eventually was able to start something that worked. I want to test different shapes for the tile sample wrinkles and see what will get it to look even more realistic. They are not quite as tight and sharp as I want and there are still finer details to add. I plan on using displacement in unreal, so was also excited to use height maps for this and it will definitely help getting those details I want.
