Character of the Season

CotS, also known as Character of the Season, is a community-voted character that is chosen each season for a number of reasons! From interesting plot development to being actively involved with other players, anyone can be chosen as CotS. They have the honor of getting an exclusive full-body from one of the staff members being displayed on the front page for a full season, and a dedicated paragraph to explain their impact in Canidale.

Once a character wins CotS, they cannot ever win again, so that other characters can have a chance to shine! In addition, a member's other characters are put on a year-long cooldown, so, for example, if Alba-ster's Corvo was CotS for Summer 2024, all of her characters are excluded from the polls until Summer 2025, where she can finally have her other characters besides Corvo in the running. 

Remember to be kind and not throw a fit or be shady towards the CotS if your character does not win. This is meant to be a lighthearted and fun way to feature a character that has captivated the eyes of the community.
