The format of each test/exam may include one or more of the following types of questions: (1) Multiple Choice; (2) True or False; (3) Yes or No; (4) Fill-in-the-Blank; (5) Short Answer; and/or (6) Essay. I reserve the right to modify the format of one or more tests/exams.

Tests/Exams must be completed online via D2L under the Quizzes tab. Locked Down Browser, Webcam, and a reliable internet connection will be required, without exception, and their functionality is the student’s sole responsibility. 

Due to the flexibility afforded students to take each test/exam online, there will be no time extensions or makeups. 

Each Test/Exam grade will be posted in D2L within 48-hours of the end of the testing period.

Each quiz/test/exam question is your professor's copyrighted work-product: All rights are reserved. The only authorized use of quiz/test/exam questions is while taking the quiz/test/exam itself and during SI Sessions and Test Review Sessions, if any. Any unauthorized use of any quiz/test/exam question is strictly prohibited: Such unauthorized use includes but is not limited to removal of any quiz/test/exam itself from the testing room, photocopying or photographing any quiz/test/exam question, posting any quiz/test/exam question on internet websites, etc. Any unauthorized use thereof constitutes a KSU's Student Code of Conduct violation, and strict enforcement and penalty will be sought against any perpetrator.
